Class Policy

Bookings               You may book by person, mail or by phone, however bookings will only be held

                             for 1 week to allow you time to pay your deposit, after that your spot will be

                             offered to another person.  It is assumed that the Class Policy has been read and

                             accepted when you enrol in a class.

Deposits                Deposits may be made by credit card over the phone when booking, or in

                             person (cash or credit card), or you can post us a cheque.

                             A deposit of $30 (or the class fee if it is less than $30) is required when booking.

                             Deposits are Non Refundable unless we cancel the class.                        

Fees                      Balance of fees must be paid 2 weeks before the commencement of class,

                             otherwise your spot will be forfeited.

                             Fees are non refundable, and will only be refunded if we cancel the class.

Absences               No make up classes are possible.  If you do not attend for whatever reason

                             your class will be “lost”.

                             Please advise us if you are discontinuing a class, or will be absent from a class.

                             Due to the high demand for classes, students who fail to contact us of non

                                       attendance for more than three classes in a row, will lose their class spot.

Cancellations          All classes must have a minimum number of students before they go ahead.  If

                             there are insufficient numbers we will cancel a class.  If we cancel a class your

                             deposit and fees will be refunded.

Casual Vacancies    From time to time we have a scheduled absence from an ongoing class.  These

                             are offered to students as a “casual vacancy”.  Students using Casual Vacancies

                             need to ring the store on the day of the class to secure a place.  No advance 

                             bookings are accepted.  Casual students rates will be the normal class fee plus

                             25%.

Payment Plans       Please enquire at the time of booking should you need to have a payment

                             plan.

Conflict of Interest

                            Acceptance of enrolments is at the discretion of the store owner.  Failure to

                            disclose information such as employment by the student enrolling by a business

                            competitor will result in expulsion of the student with no refund given.

Children                Children may not accompany students to class under any circumstance.
